Everli Raises $10M in Run-Up to Nasdaq Debut

Everli Global, part of Palella Holdings, has secured a $10 million funding round from Melar Acquisition Corp I, marking a key milestone in its path toward a planned Nasdaq listing in the first quarter of 2026. The investment is designed to support the company’s transition to the U.S. capital markets while strengthening its financial position ahead of the public offering.

The funding follows a previously announced business combination agreement with the SPAC, which will facilitate Everli’s listing in New York. The transaction represents a strategic step in the company’s growth trajectory, enabling it to accelerate expansion and enhance its operational capabilities in preparation for entering the public markets.

Founded in 2014 and now fully controlled by Palella Holdings, Everli operates as a leading e-grocery platform, connecting consumers with major retail chains and enabling home delivery services directly from physical stores. In recent years, the company has achieved steady growth, with revenues approaching €100 million and increasing demand from both retailers and consumers.

The new capital injection will primarily be allocated to technological development, operational efficiency improvements, and the expansion of partnerships with large-scale retail operators, including leading European supermarket brands. These initiatives are expected to further strengthen Everli’s market position and support continued growth in Italy and beyond.

According to the company, key performance indicators continue to show positive momentum, with increasing order volumes, improved unit economics, and a growing average basket size. This trajectory reinforces Everli’s positioning as a scalable and technology-driven platform within the evolving e-grocery market.

Overall, the transaction highlights investor confidence in Everli’s business model and long-term strategy, positioning the company for its next phase of development as a publicly listed entity and as a key player in the digital transformation of grocery retail in Europe.
