  • Founder, Chairman & CEO

    Salvatore Palella is an Italian-American entrepreneur, operator, and investor recognized for building scalable, impact-driven businesses across mobility, e-commerce, and digital services.

    Palella first made his mark as the founder of Helbiz Inc. (now Micromobility.com Inc.), a global leader in electric micro-mobility. Founded in 2015, the company expanded its footprint to over 150 cities across the United States and Europe, offering electric micro-mobility vehicles that transformed short-distance urban transportation. In 2021, Helbiz became the first company in the sector to go public, debuting on the Nasdaq with a $400 million valuation—a major milestone in the evolution of smart mobility.

    In 2024, Palella launched Palella Holdings LLC to expand his role as an investor and operator, targeting companies with strong fundamentals and significant growth potential. That same year, the firm acquired Everli, the leading grocery delivery platform in Italy, with over $100 million in annual revenue. Everli combines technology and logistics to streamline how millions of customers access everyday essentials.

    In 2025, Palella Holdings acquired Wash Out Srl, a Milan-based company offering app-based, on-demand vehicle care and fleet services in major European cities.

    Later in 2025, Palella regained majority ownership of Micromobility.com Inc., returning as its largest shareholder with over 50% of the company. His renewed leadership signals a commitment to operational excellence, profitability, and long-term value creation.

    Based in Connecticut with his family, Salvatore Palella continues to lead ventures that define the future of how people move, shop, and live—focused on execution, scale, and global relevance.

    Gian Luca Spriano is a French-Italian executive, excels in global investment and management as the Chairman of the Board at Everli and CFO at Palella Holdings and micromobility.com. His strategic acumen, honed in New York in the past 8 years, drives financial leadership and operational excellence. Spriano's distinguished career, marked by impactful roles at the United Nations and interational companies, showcases his commitment to sustainable development and international market expansion. His expertise lies in navigating, financial landscapes, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading organizations towards global success.

    Ethan Walfish is an American executive with extensive experience in Capital Markets, M&A, and Investor Relations, specializing in driving corporate growth and shareholder value.

    As a Chief Strategy Officer, he has a proven track record of executing over 10 global M&A transactions, leading capital-raising initiatives, and aligning corporate strategy with market dynamics. Ethan excels in navigating complex financial landscapes, optimizing capital structures, and fostering strong investor and stakeholder relationships.

    His expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial communications enables organizations to seize opportunities, mitigate risks, and achieve long-term value creation.

    Speranza serves as an advisor to Palella Holdings LLC, holding the role of Chief Business Officer. He is a Canadian-Italian finance executive with extensive expertise in corporate finance, strategic investments, and business growth.


    Currently, he is the Corporate Development Manager at Everli S.p.A., an Italian company owned by Palella Holdings LLC, where he focuses on business expansion. From 2020 to 2023, he played a key role at micromobility.com Inc. (formerly known as Helbiz Inc), leading the company’s growth from its start-up phase to its IPO in 2021. Prior to that, he worked at Ernst & Young from 2014 to 2019, gaining valuable experience across Italy and the United States.


    Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in financial and operational strategies across various industries, with a strong focus on early-stage companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Law from Bocconi University in Milan.

  • Chief Investment Strategist & Head of Investment Banking

    Tony Sklar serves as Chief Investment Strategist and Head of Investment Banking at Palella Holdings with a specific focus on capital market strategy, public & private financing, M&A, institution and shareholder relations, and community investment policies.

    As an experienced executive with over 25 years of experience in specialties such as IPOs, FollowOns, Structured & Equity Linked capital, 44A transactions, and Debt transactions, Tony will also implement, communicate, and drive Palella’s vision, mission, and direction across all business lines.

    Tony received a BS in psychology and biology from the University of British Columbia, studied banking, corporate finance and securities law at the Canadian Securities Institute and attended the Digital Business Leadership program at Columbia Business School where he also serves on the Columbia Business School Alumni Association. He continues to lecture and speak on topics such as US and Global finance, capital markets, and technology. Tony is an avid Sailer and a member of the Brooklyn Bridge Sailing School.
